Second connector for Ethernet

I have a Reach RS up and running at rooftop as base station, recently have a frequent wifi disconnection as the wifi environment being confused with others. I have tried to Ethernet connection through USB connector and experiencing stable connection to my LAN. But I am concerning about waterproof issue on this little tiny connector and thinking RS232 to Ethernet adapter through second connector.
Is there someone have used this way and any recommendation for adapter?

My ReachView version is 2.16.2
