Hi. The problem I have is that when I start the ReachView on the home screen, the Reach RS2 recognizes me, but when connecting it does nothing, I have tried other tablets and phones and I can access without problems. I also cannot access it from the Samsung Tab Active through the browser (192.168.42.1). From other devices I do it without problems. Any suggestion?
What is the Android version on the tablet? Do you have a SIM card in it?
the android version is 5.1.1 and it has no sim card.
This issue is related to the specifics of Android OS on different devices. It’ll be fixed in one of the future versions of the ReachView app. It appears not on all Android systems so I’m afraid the workaround here is to work with another Android device.
