RX connection problem with CHCNAV tablet

Hi, I tested RX with LT800 tablet from CHCNAV. Good hardware and overall a great controller for survey work. But I faced a problem connecting it to RX via Flow app. It connects and then disconnects after a few seconds. I have tried all permissions, resets, firmware updates and still the same. All works well on all other controllers phones tablets i have tested. Just this one doesn’t work. I could test only with RX because we do not have any other Emlid receiver.

Anyone else came across this issue and could find a solution?

As you’ve tested it on other controllers, it seems to be an issue with the controller itself rather than the receiver. What’s the OS version of your controller and the Emlid Flow app version installed on it?

Hi Ruth, its android 12. Probably not stock, as every manufacturer customises android. It works with Lefebure app. So I dont know if its the Flow app thats rejecting the connection or the device.

I see. Unfortunately, we do not have the same tablet for testing. Did I understand correctly you are using the latest version of the Emlid Flow app?

Flow app version is 11.12.

Got it. We don’t have any restrictions regarding controllers. Unfortunately, we can’t test this specific integration since our office doesn’t have this particular controller.
