It seems feasible to implement the project with Reach units. You can transfer corrections over LoRa from Reach base station to Reach rovers over the distance of 5-6 km with a clean line of sight. However, you need to use another way to output the position from rovers, not over LoRa radio. You can read more about it in our docs.
Concerning the other requirements, Reach RS+ battery life is about 30 hours, and in RTK mode it can provide a centimeter-level accuracy, which should be suitable for your application.
