Need I say more, the emlid screen is difficult to work on but I need to use it to get events.
Do you mean the app looks small on a high resolution screen?
Small, and I cannot resize it. Also because I set my windows10 fonts to 150% half of the buttons disappear off the screen and things like the info on rtkplot overwrite each other. looks fine with rtklibexplorer version.

Until the app becomes natively high dpi aware, you can have Windows scale it for you.
Right click the exe file, choose compatibility and look at last section.
