RTK Correction via Xbee Mesh?

Hi all,

Just wondering about the possibility of using an Xbee mesh network to send the RTK correction signal? How often do the units need a correction signal?

We are estimating somewhere around the 80 - 100 kbps bandwidth available on the network (assuming 2-3 hops of about 2 km). Is this in the ballpark?

Hi,

I think it should be possible, 100kbps sounds very reasonable. You will need to have corrections at about 5Hz.
