I had a similar problem to the thread below when using RS3 on my own SNIP Caster.

What if you set your Elevation Mask Angle higher than typical 15 if down in a hole? I.e. 20+ Try adjusting higher SNR? Toggle QZSS off to see if that helps since that constellation isn’t too ideal from your region? Incorrect RTCM3 message settings? Screen shot settings in case to return to those settings and/or to compare. Photos of surroundings from that point etc? What material are they mining? Are you directly adjacent to a large stockpile?

After a few days of troubleshooting, it turns out that I had to filter out RTCM1033 message to prevent the RS3 from jumping back and forth between fix and single every 10 seconds.

Hopefully some of you will find this hint useful and perhaps EMLID can provide a fix for emlid flow soon. This problem does not occur with my other non-emlid receivers.
