Hi,
I got an RS2 that is not getting any satellites. The last thing perform to attempt to fix it, was to re-flash the latest firmware. Also, tried moving to different parts of the city. Pretty much all settings are default. So far, I can connect to it, adjust settings, access logs, and turn on wifi and Bluetooth with no problem. it just stays in “no solution”.
Was wondering if any has any suggestions to fix this issue other than getting a replacement.

hello. I understand that you have set up an NTRIP connection. RS2 has no solution or can’t see satellites?

Hi,
The unit is not getting any satellites with or without ntrip. My base settings are in average single and is not gathering information at all.
Reset my setting and nothing. The unit is almost new, no physical damage or missed of the unit.
Let me know what can I do to get it back working.

Do I understand correctly that the receiver was working like this from the very beginning?
Can you please generate a Full System report on your device and send it to support@emlid.com ? I’ll check what could cause this issue.

Hi Liudmila,
I reach out to E38 Solutions and seems like they have run into situations like this. Straightforward hardware malfunction. They are going to send me a replacement cover by warranty.
Do you still want the full report before I send the unit out?
Ah, I see! It’d be great if you shared the report with me anyway. I’d like to investigate it as well to understand the root of the issue here.
