Rs2+ startup fail

Hi everyone, I´ve seen a topic about the rs2+ startup fail and I´ve tried posible solutions but nothing seems working. My rs2+ reciever stays on with the loading lights charging and the wifi light on while on the mobile, connecting to wifi seems ok but the reciever does not appear on emlid flow, and the lights just goes on charging. Has someone had the same problem recently?

Hi Luis,

Could you please try the following steps:

  • Have you tried rebooting your Reach RS2+ by holding the power button for 15+ seconds?

  • Let’s charge the unit overnight for at least 9 hours. Does it turn on when connected to a power source?

  • Does the network LED indicate that the unit is broadcasting or connected to the Wi-Fi network? Can you connect to the Reach Panel using the IP address?

Hi,

I´ve tried the rebooting for 15 sec but it didn´t work and the lights does turn on when it is connected to a power source.

The network LED stays solid broadcasting Wi-Fi and the battery lights stays loading.

I tried to connect using the IP address but I got a troubleshooting error message with a option to generate a full system report file.

I see, thank you for checking! Further troubleshooting may require some sensitive information, so I suggest we switch to a private message or email at support@emlid.com. Could you please send the full system report via either option?

Thanks for the information, I have sent de report file via email. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I have same issue here, already did a reflash firmware but still no changes. I did connect using the IP address and the only thing that shows is a link to run diganosis log, try to attach here but this forum does not allow new users to upload files.

Hi @decones,

I replied to your email. I suggest we continue there to keep the conversation in one place. Thank you!

Wellcome to the club, there is plenty of with similar behavior, no solution for this problem, if your warranty has gone… your reach too.
