One of my RS2 units is refusing to charge. I accidentally left it powered on overnight and it exhausted the battery. At first there was an orange icon when charging, and I was able to power it up with the charging cable plugged in, long enough to extract the Rinex log. But not it just has the white circle LED flashing when I try to charge. It has been on charge for hours with no change of status. What can I try please?

Can you please record a short video showing the LED status of your receiver while charging? It’d be extremely helpful for troubleshooting. Does the receiver turn on if you unplug it?
