RS2: no satellites are shown reach panel

Hi,
running reach view 3, 28.4 and RS2 and have the following problem:
No solution outside, few satellites briefly appear and then nothing. No satellites at all…
Why is that?

Hi @kasanmascheff,

You can only update Reach to the latest stable firmware version - 29. But if Reach RS2 has a clear sky view, it shouldn’t behave like this on any firmware.

When did your Reach stop seeing satellites? If the unit worked well initially, can you think of anything unusual that happened before the issue occurred?
