RS2 charging issues led not blinking

Hi, I have a problem with my RS2. Since yesterday when I try to charge it there is 2 led on but there is no led flashing indicating that the RS2 is charging. After a couple of hours there is no more led on and I guess it did not charge…

Any help for this problem?

Hi @aurelie.volant,

Indeed, it sounds like the power doesn’t go to the Reach.

First, you can try charging the unit with another cable or power supply.

If you still can access the unit, please share the full system report from the device to support@emlid.com. We’ll check what is going on.

thanks, I already tried with another cable but the result is the same. I will the report and send it .
