Hello guys, after upgrading a couple of RS2 to 2.23.7 the bluetooth can’t find any device, also the RS2s can’t be find from any device despite the option Always discoverable is activated. Any solutions?
Hello @david.negrete, we have deprecated active Bluetooth scanning in Reach as it is not actually needed to establish a connection. Bluetooth connection could be made from an external device: from you phone, tablet or computer. Have you tried to toggle the bluetooth on/off switch? Maybe some other device that has been previously connected to Reach is automatically connecting and does not let your device see Reach? It should be possible to connect to Reach from another device if it is set to “always discoverable”.
