Is it possible to work with the RS+ with Python?

You can always hook up a python script listen on the com-port, Bluetooth or WiFi (look in the Position Output tab for interfaces and options).

But what do you mean work with?

I agree with Christian. Indeed, Reach devices support outputting its position to 3rd-party software and hardware. You can do it via a Serial port, Bluetooth, or TCP connection.
