Recently moved to the US from EU and unpacked my gear to set up and get ready for work with my 2 RS+ units. To my surprise none of them is charging the battery. I got one turned on but the other is dead as can be. Before I came I had it sent in for repair which is the third time already for the same reason. Did anyone have similar experience and how did you solve it?
Can you contact us at email@example.com with the devices’ Serial Numbers so that we can see what we can do? The Serial number is printed under the bar code on the bottom.
I’d recommend reaching out to us prior to trying to open up or repair the devices. There can be issues of different natures but with similar symptoms, and in most cases, until the devices are opened and interfered with, we may help.
