RS+ problem to connect my phone with Reach RS+

When I’m on the app ReachView App, I don’t understand why there is an error message that say I didn’t set up reach, even if I did it.
It’s unconfortable, and need an answer please.

I’d suggest you connect the unit to Wi-Fi and check for the updates again. When the device is in hotspot mode, it doesn’t have Internet access. So, ReachView 3 can’t check if there are available updates and considers that the latest update is installed.
