RS+ isn't accessible in ReachView 3

Hi everyone.
Just updated to the latest RV3 7.4…
Before the update connecting the RS+ was not a problem it easily shows that the unit is connected and RV3 OPENS UP
After the update it shows no internet connection and RV3 can not be is not acceptable. For about 30 min. to almost a day.
Can any one help me.

Let’s look closely into it. Can you access the device via Reach Panel? If you’re working with Reach’s hotspot, to access the Reach Panel, type the following to the address bar of the Internet browser on your smartphone:
