Retrieve log files from iPhone

  1. Firmware image v 1.2 and ReachView version 0.0.3.

Hello I am not sure how to retrieve my log files. I had one Reach unit in Base mode and one in Rover mode with settings described in the Quick Start guide. When I go to logs and click on the file, it says: log conversion failed, download

I try to use the upload button on the iphone which only provides the web address: http://172.20.10.4/logs/download/rov_201702132125.log

This url doesn’t open from my desktop. So I am unsure how to get the file and either convert to Rinex or other format.

You need to update Reachview, current stable 0.4.9
Beta is out but not necessary
