I do not know why but i can not connect with my phone with my reach rs2+ receiver. I tried to connect the the wifi usind emlidreach password but the conection is refused. IS it any way to reset the device?. or any suggestion or cue to connect with the device?

I would like to know some additional information on your case.
- Could you inform the LED status of your device when you try to connect?
- Is it possible to connect to the Reach Panel from a web browser?
- Can you check another device and inform if you’re using an iOS or Android device?
You can reflash the device to reset it, but we recommend this as a last resource for troubleshooting because it will restore the unit to its initial state and remove all the saved logs.
