I am trying to do the firmware update for the Reach RS but the updater cannot find the Reach RS when I plug it in via a USB cord.
I installed the Edison driver.
Looks like the Edison driver will not run. I plugged in the reach via a USB cord and turned it on.
The Power and Stat lights are on steady and the net light is slow flashing.
I have tried to reflash on both my desktop and laptop but neither work. They are both Windows 10 OS.
