Hello

I’m an Emlid user and I’m so happy with it. But today we have a problem with Reachview3. When we are opening the app and going to the Survey menu, the app will close in one second. If have anyone this problem please help me.

Thanks for sharing the screencasts of this behavior with us. It’s extremely helpful when we try to understand what went wrong.

There are a couple of things I need to clarify, though. Do you work with ReachView 3 version 6.9? What OS version is installed on your device?

I’ve written you in our direct support ticket. We need a report from the app which includes some sensitive information. So, it’s better not to share it publicly.

There is updated info from Nderim: the issue was gone after ReachView 3 reinstallation.

If you face anything similar, feel free to report about this. We’ll take a closer look into that.
