ReachView Android tablet not compatible

I purchased a Reach RS+. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 4 running Android version 5.0.2. When I try to download ReachView from the Google Play store, I get an error stating “Your device isn’t compatible with this version”.

But you don’t need the app.

Just download FING app or use other method to find out the IP address of your Reach RS+ unit, and log into it via that IP address.

Hi @hbrumfield,

As @timd1971 said, you need Android 5.1 and up to download ReachView from Google Play Store.
You can use the web version of ReachView in a mobile browser, it has the same functionality.
