That’s looks weird, for sure.

What OS version is installed on your device? Can you check the app version? You can find it at the bottom of the Profile screen.

Also, thanks for the note from Gabriel: do you save/open those files as Excel? ReachView 3 doesn’t support the import of Excel files. Probably, the issue lies here. You can take a look at the following thread of a similar case regarding import from Google Drive and Excel files:

Hi @deraciao, Glad to hear it works. I just wanted to add a comment. We can’t say for sure why Google Disk identifies files in this way. In this case, the problem is mostly not related to ReachView 3 since it just can open CSV files only. To prevent such issues in the future, I’d recommend you make sure that the file was not created, opened, or saved via Excel before uploading it to Google Disk.
