Reaching out to emlid suport team via email

Hi All,

What is the best way to reach out to the emlid support team?

I have been trying to reach out to them for three weeks via their support@ and info@ emails (four separate emails total) - even following up on Freshdesk and LinkedIn, but have not heard back. Finally got a response from someone on the emlid team on LinkedIn, but they just said that the support team would respond to my emails (which still has not happened yet).

We are just trying to upgrade our caster plan, but this has been my most challenging experience trying to contact a support team ever. Any advice or assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated!
