Reach rx only Float

Hi

I just got reach rx
I can only get float not fix

Another if the app go behinds another app mabye 1 minutes nor sure the time then NTRIP lost connection
So i disable and enable ntrip then i get float again

Welcome back to the forum!

According to the screenshot, the base only broadcasts GPS satellites - they marked with gray bars on the SNR plot. It may cause the issue you faced.

If you work with your own base, please check that all satellites are enabled on it. If you work from the NTRIP service, please double-check the mountpoint - it should output corrections from all constellations.

It may occur if Android system closes the app in background. Please try to disable the Battery optimization option, so it won’t shut down the app in background.
