Reach RX not receiving rtk2go ntrip stream over bluetooth

Just trying to get my Reach RX to work in the field. I had a strong 4G connection, yet the RX wasn’t receiving any ntrip data. Checked SNIP - the mount was online.

Got home, set up and connected to broadband wifi using same connection info - immediate fix obtained.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Hi @timetomaketracks,

Have you tried connecting to any other mount points in the field?

Also, did you use the domain name or the IP address while setting the NTRIP connection? If the first one, I’d try to use the direct IP address instead.
