I have a Reach RX unit I have used the unit previously, but it is taking extremely long to load and I am unable to connect to it. Any help is appreciated!

Have you flashed the firmware to the latest version ? This could help.

Let’s try reflashing the device as Florian suggested. If this doesn’t help, please let me know. We’ll find a solution to this issue.
