This device Giving less battery life around 4 to 5 hours which is very less as compared to 24 to 48 hours life previously.
So please suggest…

I have seen your email in our Inbox. Let me repeat my answer quickly here as well.
Please update the receiver to the latest 30.2 Reach Firmware. On one of the previous firmware, we fixed the indication issue that could have provoked the behavior you describe.
To make sure the charge level estimation algorithm is fully calibrated, please do the full battery life cycle test after the update. For that, fully charge the unit for at least 6 hours and fully discharge it until it shuts down. After that, no indication issue will be present.
If you have any further doubts, please send the Full System report from the unit to me. Please do it in the same email chain that we have to keep all of the information in one place.
