Reach rs2 fell and cant turn on?!

I just dropped my reach rs2 and then the device doesn’t turn on immediately, and will turn on when it’s charging

hello, does anyone know why my reach rs2 won’t turn on? will light up when it’s being charged.

So, when it’s on a charge, it operates properly? I mean, can you access it in ReachView 3?

Has the device’s body been damaged in any way from a fall?
