This Reach RS+ was shutdown and stored for about 60 days. Now it will not turn on and it will
not charge. I’ve tried several cables and chargers with the same result. After approximately 30 minutes the orange LED will begin to blink, however only 20 milliamps is being drawn through the charging cable. Pressing the power button causes all LEDs to light up briefly, but the unit does not start up and the orange LED continues to blink. I kept the unit connected to the charger overnight with no affect.
