Morning all.

Does anyone know what the “Receiver Update” on the RS is about? Is there a changelog for 2.5.0?

Thanks, but this update is 2.5.0. Also the update procedure has an additional step for “Receiver Update”

Receiver update is loading Galileo firmware, it is actually a part of 2.4.0. Release post for 2.5.0 is coming later today.
