Reach RS+ Powering on issue

Been on charge over night yet will not power on has anyone encountered this issue and if so did you find a solution

Tim thanks for reply that was the First thing I did but haven’t had a reply hence my post on here and the Facebook group

Wellll… it’s the weekend right now… so probably not open or working. They need time off too. I think there support is every other weekend maybe? Either way, may have to wait until Monday.
