Hi This is Ramzan Imam We have just unpacked 2 units of Emlid Reach RS+. These are not getting switched ON. These are plugged to wall socket for last 10-12 hours. We have also tried to charge it with USB cable through PC but no luck.

Try using a power plug (and/or different ones) not the PC.
If still no go, email emlid suppprt.

Please contact us on support@emlid.com and provide Serial Numbers of these units. The Serial Number is printed on the bottom under the bar code.
