Where I can download Reach RS+ firmware ?

Though Michael gave your the right links, I’d still want to chime in and advise you to update the RS+ firmware using the first guide he shared. Firmware reflashing is the procedure that erases all the data from the receiver so I’d not recommend going for it without a strong need.
And you can always consult with us here on whether there is a need for it.
