Reach RS+ doesn't turn on and doesn't charge

It worked for a day. Now no lights. I have tried charging it with multiple USB charging blocks to if that is the issue, but the PWR will not flash.

Any suggestions? I basically have had it for only two weeks.

It turned out to be faulty USB cable. Once changed the cable, RS+ began to charge.
