Hi there, I am trying to set up our Reach M+ for use with VRS and think I am close to getting it to work however I am getting the error message in the attached image. At first it says connected to
www.vrsnow.co.uk then I get the message in the image? If anyone knows a solutions to this it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Jake

What’s the firmware version installed on your device?
May I ask you to double-check your NTRIP credentials (login/password)? Also, please make sure you’re trying to connect with these credentials from only one device at a time.
