I am not sure if understand you correctly;
is rc passthrough what you are looking for? in mission planner you can use value 1 for the rc channels you would like to pass through from your remote!
look for for rc channel options in mission planner full parameters list!
I am trying to accomplish something similar to the tutorial above to be able to control the ailerons of the plane.
I am using Navio2 and ArduPlane

SBUS and CPPM is supported out of the box! after setting up connection with missionplanner you should be able to control your ailerons with you taranis!
