I’ve gone through the same problem like him, and the problem was equal to me.
I think the guys who have trouble with the radio signal with navio2,
please check the connection between navio2 shield and raspberry pi.
It could have a gap between them as it seems connected.
I checked the value with the command
cat /sys/kernel/rcio/rcin/ch2
I am unfortunately facing the same issue. I got this new receiver and there is no data available on mission planner. But, if I connect an external servo motor, it works. Hence, tx is sending signals properly and rx is receiving it properly but it is not showing in mission planner similar to how @Beytullah_Durasi mentioned.
Your help required in this urgent case. kindly help. 
Edit: I figured out that the receiver was wrongly connected to the controller.

As I see, the issue that Beytullah faced was with the physical connection of the boards. I suggest checking out that your Navio2 and RPi are connected tightly.
