Query about incomplete data in static measurement with RS3

Hello Emlid team,

This is Marc from Referent Solutions, Emlid dealers in Spain. One of our clients has experienced an issue with a static measurement on the RS3 receiver, and we need your assistance to understand the cause.

The client conducted three consecutive measurements set for automatic recording. The second and third measurements contain observation data as expected, but the first one is “empty” and only includes LLH data, as shown in the attached screenshot. Despite similar measurement times, the first file is significantly smaller, suggesting that no observation data was saved.

What could be the reason for this issue? Are there any settings or adjustments we should check to ensure complete data capture in each measurement?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the log and the downloaded file to assist with the analysis.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Marc from Referent Solutions

Hi Marc,

We fixed this logging behaviour in the latest firmware version - 32.2. Is Reach RS3 updated to this version? Or is it on a previous one?

Hi Marc,

I see. In this case, can you please send me a full system report of Reach RS3? I’d like to check what was going on with the logging in more detail.

As the report may contain confidential information, feel free to email it to support@emlid.com. Thanks!
