Python Script to Navio 2

Hello friends.I dont know enough knowledge about Navio 2.I generally I dont understand terms of udp ,tcp.I can not solve. My task is to run python script on my laptop and send to my Navio 2 but I can not solve this problem.Firstly I run my adress

mavproxy.py --master tcp:127.0.0.1:5760 --out udp:127.0.0.1:14550–out udp:10.1.0.25:14550 and then I run my code but I take an error 5 second heartbeats but I dont do any process on my navio 2(I dont know that what I do).Can someone explain step by step simplest.

Are your laptop and Navio2 connected to the same Wi-Fi network?

Can you share a screenshot demonstrating the error, please?
