Problems in ArduPilot configuration

when i do with Reach RTK docs-Tutorials-ardupilot-integration, i use the mission planner with my pixhack connected to my laptop. but i can not find the parameters of this.

i search the parameter"gps", and i can only find this(the following is my mission planner’s screenshot)

the second question ,

how to add my starting command ? and what’s meaning of -E /dev/ttyAMA0
