Problem with ntrip emlid caster. I live in Mexico, only my Base is online, my Rover can not connect it. I have verified all information issued by emlid caster. (in the images the base and rover receivers are in my office but I have already used them outdoors and I have no success)

I saw in your email there is an error message on the rover’s screenshot: “Failed to resolve hostname”.
Can I ask you to use to direct IP address instead of “caster.emlid.com” in the Adress field on the Correction Input tab? The direct IP is “220.127.116.11”.
