Problem download rinex files

I try download the rinex files with my phone but apper one error in the phone “error at download”

Screenshots, browser, OS, versions etc. Have you tried with a different device? Different browser on the same device?

I found the problem. I use a Smartphone, and if it does not have access to network data THROUGH Cell, the error occurs. Use another browser and I noticed that when I start downloading the REACH desconectOnly can download data of reach if my device data access meaning through the cellular network.
