PPM inputs not match with Mission Planner

Hi, I use a spektrum DX8 with AR7700, transmitter and receiver, PPM input to Navio2, but on Mission Planner I have Throttle, Roll and Pitch axis mixed. I already tried to change the fly mode on the RC but don’t function. How can I reassign the channels from Programming on RPI? I saw some PPM-Decoder examples for Navio+, but not in Navio2, thanks.
