Power dot blinks continuously and doesn’t get started

It doesn’t get started the battery dot blinks continuously but doesn’t get started. Is the problem with hardware or software how can i solve this problem

Hi Bibhusan,

  • Does the issue persist if you charge the device overnight (~9 hours) and reboot?
  • What is the status of the Network LED? If the LED is white - the device is in hotspot mode. Please enter its IP address in the address bar: 192.168.42.1 and check if you can connect to the Reach Panel. If the LED is blue - please check if you can find out its IP address using the network scanning tool (Fing, for example), enter the IP address in the address bar, and check if you can connect to the Reach Panel.
