Picam v.2.1 video feed to Android using QGC

I would like to use my Android (Verizon) phone to view feed from PiCam in QGC on a Navio2 / RPI3 setup. It appears Gstreamer needs to be developed outside of the phone for this to work or am I missing something here? Is there a way to do it without Gstreamer? Additionally, I have a Huawei E3372-510 Hi-Link stick that I assume could be used as well.

Android version of QGC is supporting video streaming out of the box. You won’t need to run the GStreamer on your phone. Still, you’ll need to enable the GStreamer on the Raspberry Pi. Please, refer to our guide for a step-by-step tutorial.

Streaming video with the 4G modem should be possible. Keep in mind that video bitrate might be limited by the speed of the cellular data.
