No Sattelites?

Hi

I have just turned on my two reach rs units. One seems to be working:

However the other one doesn’t seem to be locating any satellites:

Any ideas??

Hi,

Try to do a hard reset of the unit by holding the power button for 15 seconds.

If this doesn’t help, please try to reflash the unit using terminal guide

.

Hi,

I have tried both of those and am still getting the same screen:

Any other options? A little dialog does appear asking for the reach to have an unobstructed view of the sky which it has.

Hace you tried Reachview app and see if it makes any difference?it shouldnt but you never know
https://emlid.com/reachview-available-app-store/

Have tried both reachview app on android and browser off a pc both with the same result.

Is this just a faulty unit?

Unfortunately, it seems to be a faulty unit.
