No sattelites . Reach RS help!

I just received my Reach RS yesterday and I proceed to do the initial setup update the firmware and everything was working as expected… got good Fix connected to a Ntrip base . during testing at my home backyard

Today I went to the field to take some points and now my unit doesn’t show any satellites or output. I can access the interface but no data at all . I need some help here .
