At the moment, the passthrough feature is not supported on Navio2. You can check my answer from here for more details:

Hi Gabriel, Sorry for the delayed response! It’s possible to obtain the flight data such as GPS location in GCS software. However, the passthrough feature that allows getting the same data directly on the RC transmitter is not supported on Edge out of the box. Still, Edge can be used with FrSky telemetry in the standard mode. You can connect the RC receiver directly to the RC input port marked as R on the servo rail. Check the pinout in Edge docs.
