In Navio2 ROS setup, I see
pi@navio: ~ $ echo “source /opt/ros/kinetic/setup.bash” >> ~/.bashrc
pi@navio: ~ $ sudo /opt/ros/kinetic/lib/mavros/install_geographiclib_datasets.sh
However I don’t see there is ros inside of /opt folder, I am new to Navio2, anybody give me hand for this? thanks a lot!
pi@navio:/opt $ ls -l
total 12
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Feb 27 2019 ardupilot
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Feb 27 2019 pigpio
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4096 Feb 27 2019 vc
Above are the folder under /opt. there is no ros folder

Check your Emlid Navio distribution.
I use latest one (20191128) with update
pi@navio:~ $ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Some ROS files are in the update
Sudo emlidtool ardupilot show:
or just after login you can read:
pi@navio.local’s password:
Linux navio 4.19.83-emlid-v7+ #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Nov 28 12:44:40 MSK 2019 armv7l
